Holistic Massage

A revolutionary full body massage course that teaches the practitioner how to communicate with the body, using superior massage movements and excellent massage techniques. Drawing inspiration from Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Lymph Drainage and Aromatherapy, the practitioner will be given a new perspective and self-confidence, ensuring the best massage treatment is given to a client. In essence, the practitioner will be able to practice 4 different types of massages: Swedish (relaxing) massage, basic sports massage, deep tissue (lymph drainage) massage, aromatherapy massage.

Swedish Massage
A combination of relaxing effects and strokes that work on the joints and muscles. This is a non-invasive relaxing massage.

Basic Sports Massage
Deep tissue massage used especially on sportsmen to stimulate and warm up muscles before a sporting event. It prevents injury during sporting events as well as stiffness and sore muscles afterwards.

Aromatherapy Aromatherapy is therapy using a blend of essential oils for their aroma and medicinal value - leaving the client with a great sense of peace and calmness!
