Listening and talking to people is the essence of Psychotherapy. Talking to those with problems that are too heavy for them to bear alone, their problems and anxieties are most likely overwhelming and a great burden to them. Your aim will be to help and understand the disturbed person and resole their situation with compassion and understanding
